FISH & CHIPS NOT SO GOOD Anstruther Fish Bar

Hi guys, well there is not a lot to be said in favour of the Famous Anstruther fish bar in Anstruther.
their fish was dry and greasy batter, the chips had a taste like they are soaked in bleach and the mush peas tasted very tangy, like they was soaked in vinegar.
we had high expectations for this chippy, after all it was our main reason for visiting Anstruther, but sad to say we were very disappointed by it.
for us the best chippy in Anstruther is The Wee Chippy, you can't get much better anywhere, we guarantee it.
