Lakshmi puja kaise kare
To perform Lakshmi Puja, take a bath in the morning, clean the place of worship, and place an idol or picture of Goddess Lakshmi and Ganesha on a platform covered with a red cloth. Next, bathe them with Ganga water, apply a tilak of roli, kumkum, turmeric, and sandalwood, offer flowers and garlands, and light a ghee lamp. Finally, perform aarti, recitethe Mahalakshmi Chalisa or Shri Sukta, and offer prasad.
Lakshmi Puja Method:
Preparation:
Wake up in the morning, take a bath and wear clean clothes (like red or pink).
Purify the place of worship with Ganga water and clean it.
Place a platform at the place of worship and spread a red cloth on it.
Place an idol or picture of Goddess Lakshmi and Ganesha on the platform. If you don't have an idol, you can use a picture of them.
Worship material:
Apart from the idol or picture, keep materials like Kalash, red cloth, Ganga water, flowers (especially lotus), Roli, Kumkum, turmeric, sandalwood and perfume.
Also keep ghee lamp, cotton, betel leaf, betel nut, coconut and some sweets ready.
Puja procedure:
First, bathe the idol or picture with Ganga water.
After this, apply tilak of roli, kumkum, turmeric and sandalwood to them.
Then, offer red flowers, flower garlands and perfume to the goddess.
Light a ghee lamp.
Offer white sweets, kheer or other satvik bhog to the goddess.
Mantra and Aarti:
Chant"Shri Sukta," Lakshmi Chalisa or the 108 names of the Goddess.
You can also chant mantras like “Om Mahalakshmyai Namah” or “Om Shreem Shriyai Namah”.
Perform aarti of Lord Ganesha and then Goddess Lakshmi.
At the end of the Aarti, pray for forgiveness from the Goddess.
Prasad and others:
After the puja, distribute the prasad and distribute it to the members of the house.
If you are worshipping a safe or items related to money, you can make a Swastika symbol on them and worship them too.
