Trains & Tones @ Avoncliff, WML - 01/02/19

In this video, I visit Avoncliff on the Wessex Main Line. Services are seen by Great Western Railway and South Western Railway.

Avoncliff was another great return. This time coming in the snow which made a big difference to the scenery and the trains as well as looking very pretty. Featuring were some of the usual units which included in 159009 in the new SWR livery. 158961 had a frozen horn which gave out some very strange noises as a GWR man was trying to spray the horn to fix it. Furthermore, an unexpected HST with 43161 and 43153 hauling from Westbury - SPM after failing outside of Westbury working 1A71 04:51 Plymouth - London Paddington. Notice how 43153's engine was not on either. Overall, a very odd visit but enjoyed it nonetheless. A recommended station to visit too.
