EDIBLE OIL – 1 TABLESPOON
DAHI / CURD – 3 TABLESPOON + ½ CUP
TOMATO (MEDIUM) – 2, ROUGHLY CHOPPED
DESI GHEE – 2 TABLESPOON
CLOVES – 3 Nos.
CINNAMON – ½ INCH
CARDAMOM – 2 Nos.
BLACK PEPPER – 8 TO 10 Nos.
BAY LEAF – 2 LEAVES
CUMIN SEEDS – 1 + ½ TSP
RED CHILLI POWDER – 1.5 + ½ TSP
SALT – 1 + ½ TSP
CORIANDER SEEDS POWDER – 1 + 1 TSP
TURMERIC POWDER – ½ + ¼ TSP
DRIED FENUGREEK LEAVES – 1 TABLESPOON
GRAMFLOUR – 2+2 TABLESPOON
CORIANDER LEAVES – 2-3 TABLESPOON
RAISINS – 15 TO 20, CHOPPED
GARAM MASALA – ½ TSP
