I test five recent major releases of the Julia language (1.7, 1.8, 1.9, 1.10, 1.11 alpha2) to determine if Julia has gotten quicker with execution times, with a common corpus linguistics task of finding collocates (aka. neighboring words) of a node word (aka. a word that the user specifies).
