Modelling ice and snow can be tricky, but with a these useful tips and hints and a few basic materials you'll be creating a stunning winter diorama in no time.

But this isn't just about making a realistic snowy scene: I'll also show you how to model splashes - huge splashes as a chunk of the glacier collapses into the lake.
