From September to November, prepare for Missions Month, the Missions Department has launched the 938 Prayer Movement, making prayer the starting point of every missions endeavor.

Matthew 9:38 says: “Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.”

The word “send out” comes from the Greek Ekballo, which carries the meaning of urgency and intensity — a response deeply stirred by God. Through prayer, we hope to stir the hearts of brothers and sisters with a burden for missions and awaken their willingness to be sent out by God.

From September to November, every Wednesday night at 9:38 PM, prayer texts will be posted across the church’s major social media platforms. Additionally, on the 9th of September, October, and November, we will release prayer videos, available in both Chinese and English, along with social-media-friendly vertical versions for broader use.
