Kejriwal has been given another setback by the Rouse Avenue Court on Saturday, July 6. The court refused to allow his wife Sunita Kejriwal to be present during his medical checkup. However, the court has allowed Sunita Kejriwal to meet the medical board. It has also said that all medical reports of Kejriwal will also be given to Sunita. Kejriwal has been arrested in separate cases of ED and CBI. CBI arrested him on 26 June. He is currently in Tihar. His custody will end on 12 July.
