It’s about letting go of the past so that you are not tied to that version of you.

It’s about noticing what makes us amazing, what aspects of ourselves we respect and admire IN OURSELVES, and honing in on those aspects, showing them gratitude and love, and then focusing on what new habits we’d like to have, what kind of person we’d like to be.

It is essentially creating a fictional character that is BASED on you and your life - but improved. And then, it’s about deciding that you are already that person in this very reality.
