Have you ever wanted to keep track of the products you lose on a deal? When a product is deleted from an Opportunity, there is no history telling you that product was lost. Quotes are a great way to track which products are lost. They also allow you to store multiple versions of the same deal without having to add or remove products from the Opportunity.
In this video, we are going to walk thru how to use Salesforce Quotes and how they work in conjunction with your Opportunities.
