The Dallas Mavericks are in the middle of the Western Conference Finals with the Oklahoma City Thunder. The teams play in Dallas at the American Airlines Center for game five on Wednesday and then, if necessary, will play in Oklahoma City on Friday and again in Dallas on Sunday for game 7.

Another Dallas team to cheer on this weekend is the Dallas Vigilantes of the Arena Football League. The team hosts the Pittsburgh Power on Saturday night at the American Airlines Center and tickets are just $8. Finally, the Texas Rangers are home all week long, first when they host the Chicago White Sox and then this weekend the Kansas City Royals come to town.

The CityArts Festival is this Friday through Sunday at Fair Park and is free and open to the public. This event showcases spectacular cultural, performing, visual and culinary arts and is fun for the entire family.

Academy of Country Music Award winners, The Band Perry, are a trio comprised of a sister and her two brothers. The group will be at Billy Bob's this Saturday night and tickets are only $15. Also, don't miss Rock of Ages at the Winspear Opera House Tuesday through Sunday. This five-time TONY nominee is an arena-rock love story told through the hits of Journey, Styx, Twisted Sister and many more.

The Spring Celebration Series comes to the Wyly Theatre Wednesday through Sunday. This is the season finale of the Dallas Black Dance Theatre and features the Las Vegas Contemporary Dance group.

Finally, check out 9 to 5: The Musical at the Music Hall at Fair Park all week long. The show is based on the hit movie and features Dolly Parton's original hit title song along with her new Tony Award -and Grammy-nominated score.
