🇫🇷Entremets au Chocolat: Easy Chocolate Flan

In this ASMR video I show you how to make a traditional cold chocolate flan dessert made by Entremet and beloved of all French children for generations. I loved Entremets when I was young, my mother made these using this very same brand. Making this video brought back many happy memories. With my mother in hospital and visiting her in the week it brought back so many memories of my childhood with her. One of my most special memories was her making these and showing me how when I was very young. It was probably one of my earliest memories in the kitchen with her. I wanted to feel that time again and chose to do this today. Food of whatever kind, even the most humble, can have strong, long lasting and deep emotions. It is the people we share these with that is important.
