1965 Studebaker Cruiser

Описание к видео 1965 Studebaker Cruiser

This is a walkaround of the car featured in my other video. Stude on the dyno.
Info not covered in that video....Carbs (throttle bodies) were originally fitted to Honda motorbikes (X4) I originally tried to run it on these carbs, but they proved too troublesome.
Most of the injection system was once fitted to a Buick 3.8 V6, Injectors, sensors, etc. The Megasquirt ECU plus relay board are all on the passenger side footwell.
Much of the engine accessories were home made...V belt pulleys. Headers. Mufflers Hose clamps Aircleaners, etc.
The gages shown in the console are an Innovate AFR on the left and a fuel pressure on the right.
The ignition system is a Ford EDIS, the crank sensor can be seen on the right front of the engine. A dummy distributer was made up to drive the oil pump.
The transmission is a Ford single rail four speed, once fitted behind a 250 cube straight six and adapted to the Studebaker using a three speed bellhousing. Behind that is a 9" Ford with 3:1 ratio
