What you need to make batu moju :
Egg plant / brinjal - 4 pcs
small onion - 100g
Dried fish - 100g
green chillies - 5-6 pcs
oil
cardamom - 3 pcs
cinnamon stick - 3 small pcs
rampa - 1 small pc
clove - 1-2 pcs
curry leaves - few
ginger garlic paste - 1tbs
mustard powder - 1tsp
chilli flakes - 1tbs
chilli powder - 1/2 tbs
pepper powder - 1 tsp
Turmaric - 1/4tsp
sugar - 3 tsp
Tomato ketchup - 1tsp
salt to taste
vinegar - 3 tbs
