I just bought a 1992 Dodge Ram 350 extended cab, long bed, dually with the legendary 12-valve Cummins—and this one’s got a story. I picked it up from the sweetest couple, who kept it in amazing condition with only 184,000 original miles. In today’s world, finding a one-owner truck like this is like striking gold.

But of course, no old truck comes without a little drama. In this video, we:

Bypassed the fuel shutoff solenoid (FSS)
Replaced the fuel filter
Installed a new alternator
… and then it died on us right by the road. Not exactly the smoothest first impression, and yeah—it was a little embarrassing.
