Welcome to my very first long-format video on the channel!

In this peaceful, voice-free brew session, I’m brewing a V60 pour-over using the Gundikhan Estate coffee from Curious Life Coffee Roasters. This session is about calm, clarity, and appreciating the slow ritual of hand brewing.

Brew Details:
• Coffee: Gundikhan Estate – Curious Life Coffee Roasters
• Brew Method: V60 Pour-Over
• Coffee Dose: 28g (For 2 cups)
• Water: 392g
• Brew Ratio: 1:14
• Grind Setting: 19 clicks on Timemore Chestnut C2
• Water Temp: 89°C
• Total Brew Time: ~2:40 minutes

2-Pour Recipe:

Bloom: Pour 80g of water, gently saturating all grounds. Let it bloom for 1 minute to allow the gases to escape.

2nd Pour: Slowly add the remaining 312g of water in concentric circles. Let the water draw down naturally, finishing around the 2:45 mark.

The result is a clean, delicate cup with Notes of Apples and Prunes, Sweet finish—one of the many reasons I love this coffee.
