Ingredients
1 tbsp sunflower oil
100 gms peanuts
500 gms chicken breast

For the marinade
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp light soy sauce
1 tsp Shaoxing wine
1 1/2 tbsp corn flour

For the sauce
2 tbsp caster sugar
3/4 tsp corn flour
1 tsp dark soya sauce
1 tsp light soya sauce
2 tbsp Chinkiang vinegar
2 tbsp water
1 tsp sesame oil
