Womens Jingle dress at Red Lake MN Pow Wow 2018. Pow Wow had a number of specials. I think this one was a committee special.

Pow Wow held Friday to Sunday. Pow Wow ground are in the heart of the community beside the lake in between the huge eagle buildings. Very cool for a first timer.
