You can now find and obtain Paraglider Fabrics randomly!

v0.9.10 Update Notes:

Additions:
- Added 28 Items (28 Paraglider Fabrics).
- Added 10 Random Teleport Locations (10 Miscellaneous).

Changes:
- Dropping the Randomizer Staff in a Shrine no longer allows the player to collect it and therefore ending up with more than one in their inventory.

Bugfixes:
- Fixed a bug in the Adventure Log where the quest list would be shifted downwards in certain circumstances.
- Fixed a bug where the game would be in a lagged state and the UI would be hidden/and or blinking when the Randomizer Staff was dropped in a Shrine.
- Fixed a bug where damaging environmental changes would sometimes be reverted faster than intended.

Optimizations:
- General code optimization.
- Removed unnecessary code.
