The Infinium Global Diversity Array with Enhanced PGx Content represents the most comprehensive genotyping microarray on the market for supporting pharmacogenomic research in addition to polygenic risk score development, ancestry determination, and genetic disease research. It is built on an eight-sample BeadChip that contains more than 1.9 million markers and supports interrogation of high-impact PGx genes that have historically been hard to discern like CYP2D6, CYP2B6, and TPMT. Additionally, optional interpretation software provides a report that contains metabolizer status and star allele calls.
