Chipmunk cheeks: Fill cheeks with air to smooth out the nasolabial folds. You can also move it from side to side

Tongue eraser: use your tongue to open up and work against the muscle that collapses. Create circulation and activate to plump and tighten up the skin.

Soften nasolabial folds by smiling against finger pressure to create muscle tone in this area.

Massage to smoothen and get a nice jaw line. Use your knuckles to drain the fluid in this area to decrease puffiness and smooth out the fascia of the muscles which holds tension to make the face look “crunched”. Then push toxins out by lightly massaging downwards on the sides where the lymph nodes are.

Do each exercise for 10-15 seconds, 3 sets on each side.
