In this immersive marketing exercise, students from the School of Entrepreneurship at Rishihood University stepped out of the classroom and straight into the marketplace. Armed with marketing theory, curiosity, and the spirit of hustle, they took on a real business challenge. Their goal was to help local shop owners in Sector 14, Sonipat improve customer engagement and boost sales within just one hour.

They encountered real issues like poor customer retention and inactive social media presence. But instead of stepping back, they stepped up. They created combo offers, reworked pricing, suggested menu changes, and engaged directly with walk-in customers.
The result was over 100 orders in just 60 minutes. Not practice. Not theory. Real customers. Real impact.

Through this experience, the students gained firsthand insights into:
