The digital TIN ID is an electronic version of the physical TIN card issued by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and contains the taxpayer’s basic information. Taxpayers can use the digital TIN ID as valid TIN ID as valid ID. If you need to generate a new digital TIN ID because of change/update of your registration information you will ONLY be able to generate or update your new ID 30 days after generating your most recent digital TIN ID.

For those with issues on their ORUS registration or cannot view their Digital TIN, per RMC 122-2022--You need to update your registration records, such as e-mail address and contact information using Form S1905 Registration Update Sheet (RUS) and send to your designated Revenue District Office (RDO).
