How this program will benefit you – Me and you together will be working on ways to reduce menopause symptoms, get your sleep back, know what to eat and the best times to eat, you will start to lose weight and be stronger in your emotions. You will become a better version of yourself.
Module 1 – Sleep
The importance of sleep to repair and restore the body's energy. You will learn how to reset your circadian rhythm. I share with you a proven method of a morning routine and night routine that is easy to follow and improves sleep. Not sleeping affects our blood pressure and temperature regulation, so hot flushes can stay around too.
Module 2 - The liver detox
Loving your liver is a vital component of managing the symptoms of menopause as well as stopping the weight gain you may be experiencing.
One of the most powerful things in this module is that our liver and gallbladder change their structure when estrogen declines. This means that we don't process and metabolize fats and proteins very well in menopause.
Module 3 - Kidneys are responsible for your bone health + Adreianl Support
Your kidneys are the powerhouse in your body and decrease naturally as you age. When the balance of kidney yin and yang energy is “upset,” symptoms such as hot flashes and night sweats may appear.
I will be sharing this with you in this module you will understand if you are Kidney Yin or Yang deficient and what the power of eating the right foods can do for you.
Balancing the flavors of sweet, sour, salty, bitter, and spicy.
Kidney deficiency can decrease estrogen levels in bones and muscles causing osteoporosis, and painful joints. I will be sharing a recipe with you to help strengthen your bones
We will be resetting your adrenals you will know when you are in flight and fight mode but the most important factor is you will know how to turn off flight and fight so you don’t deplete your energy and drain your adrenals.
Module 4 – Hot Flushes and Night Sweats
When cortisol the stress hormone is high and we aren't sleeping and we have the wrong diet for menopause, then this disrupts thyroid function.
Over time, things ACCUMULATE, causing our calming hormone, progesterone to crash down and estrogen to become more dominant. Lack of sleep, too much or too little exercise, eating the wrong diet, gaining weight plus the stuff that is going on in our lives. Putting this up against changing cardiovascular structures (heart and blood vessels) and our muscles as we go through menopause, are the perfect storm for hot flushes and night sweats.
I will share with you everything I have researched and learned to help you reduce hot flushes. Sometimes HRT is not the answer. Some women who are recovering from breast cancer can’t take HRT
We will be looking and focusing on all the factors that impact heat production in your body and how you can stay cool.

Module 5 – Natural HRT
These are two of the most important issues during perimenopause and menopause that women find hard to resolve. Weight gain and estrogen dominance.
A good night's sleep can help with weight loss and help estrogen dominance.
a re-boot of your liver health during menopause is critical to help you begin to reduce the dosage you need.
We will be going through acupressure points to help reset your pituitary gland this influences estrogen and progesterone. The importance of having a healthy gut not only for everyday energy and sleep but for your moods.
You will learn ways to correct if you are nutrient deficient from hormonal changes in your body.
The best ways to help with your gut flora are to improve symptoms of IBS.
Module 6 – Stress Anxiety and Depression
Stress impacts us in many different ways during menopause. Our chronic stress hormone, cortisol, unbalances other hormones making us feel anxious, worried, and for some, moody, angry and tearful.
The levels of stress that we have had to experience and absorb over the years, not only lead to emotional stress but can also cause internal stress leading to inflammation within our organs and cells. This is called 'Oxidative Stress'
In this module, I provide you with a tool kit that you can use anytime to help with the anxiety you feel or when your moods are low. Knowing that I have got your back when you are in a difficult situation at work or home. You can hear my voice of encouragement in your head.
