Petropavlovsk, Insane Shell Velocity in World of Warships Legends 4K

Petropavlovsk comes in above Riga for the Soviet Heavy Cruiser line at tier 8 on the tech tree. She is armed with 9 ultra-high velocity 220mm guns, that have outstanding armor penetration for their size. The turrets rotate 360 degrees and the gun firing angles are very good. Petro is also equipped with a very resilient armor scheme including an 80mm deck, and ice breaker bow. As for consumables she has a 12km radar and average soviet sonar. Finally, she does have strong AA but all of it at the cost of being very unmaneuverable. A 990-meter turning circle is one of the worst cruiser turning circles in World of Warships, a low top speed, and a long rudder shift time. Is she worth bringing to your port?
