Trump taps Dr. Oz to head Medicare and Medicaid agency

President-elect Donald Trump chose TV personality and physician Mehmet Oz to head the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, while tapping Wall Street executive Howard Lutnick to be commerce secretary. Trump joined Elon Musk to watch the launch of a SpaceX rocket in Texas. NBC News' Garrett Haake reports.

Prosecutors told the judge in President-elect Trump's hush money case that they oppose dismissing it, but said his sentencing could be delayed. NBC News' Laura Jarrett reports.
