Holiday Baking with My New Bosch Mixer! ~ Noreen's Kitchen

I put the Bosch Universal Plus Mixer to the test! I made my Perfect Sandwich Bread recipe x 9! I figured that would give it a great workout! It certainly did and I was not anticipating the results I got!

This bread has a fabulous tight crumb and is as tender as it can get. I will be so happy to use this for everything! In all I used around 28 cups of all purpose flour along with 9 cups of water and all the other goodies that go into this recipe. I make four large loaves of bread 8 large sandwich rolls as well as a giant caramel ring for breakfast this week.

I can't tell you how happy I am! Now I am looking forward to saving up for several of the attachments to make my mixer a complete kitchen machine and ditch all the other appliances I currently have on hand.
