This is a weight gain smoothie and has its advantages and disadvantages which is what I have shared in this video so do check it out and see if you can make use of this 1000 calorie smoothie in your diet anywhere. Gaining weight means eating in calorie surplus but whether that calorie surplus should be achieved holistically or by dumping super thick super high calorie smoothies in your system. We are all different and may have our own experiences however I believe this kind of a weight gain smoothie is great for those occasional hectic days and for people fasting like this can be a Ramadan smoothie to gain weight. Wazan badhane ki smoothie me yeh smoothie top list par hai but can you digest so many calories at once and can you even consume such a thick smoothie just for the sake of gaining weight, that is something you have to try and figure our for yourself.
