Airfryer Bread direct in the Ninja Basket, how does it go?

Someone asked if I could try baking bread directly in the Ninja basket. I thought this is definitely worth a go! I think the slight failure is more down to my chuck it in technique so will give it another go and very very gently lower in the half cooked dough thats been flipped, so no air is knocked out. I will also lower the temp to 160c/320f for 30 mins. I was following a specific recipe for baking bread in an airfryer but there are so many variables and different cook times given in recipes, you have to chose and it doesn't always go as planned. No fault of the Ninja!!
