Norfolk & Western

In 2023, Norfolk & Western Class J #611 returned to the mainline in her home state of Virginia running through the Shenandoah Valley on the Buckingham Branch. The mountainous terrain make for some great shots and echoing sounds of her climbing the various grades along the route from Goshen to Staunton. Thank you to the Virginia Museum of Transportation for making her return to the mainline a reality and hopefully this can be a spectacle for railfans and others to enjoy for years to come.
