So, what’s going on? We’re within 2% or statistically even for the year and up for the quarter. The yearly trend has gained more than 2.5 percentage points and quarter-to-quarter trend has gained more than 39 since our prior observations. We’re still more than 13 points below the 1-6-month median value for the period ending 3/16/2022 which was $1,215,000. This is when the Fed most recently started to raise interest rates and our current benchmark for recovery. No recovery here. We’ll check back in about 30 days.
