In this video of Jake and Joel are Magic, Joel is hitting us with some great upgrades for Magic: the Gathering's, Streets of New Capenna Commander Deck, Obscura Operation. This Esper Deck (Blue, Black, White) deck is packed full of new MTG cards and features a new set mechanic: Connive. Kamiz, Obscura Oculus, is a cephalid rogue at the helm of this EDH deck and features the new mechanic in its text. Joel is going to be walking us through the budge and bling upgrades for this deck and he will be offering thoughts on what cards he will cut, so you can get the most out of your deck slots.
