Welcome to Day 25 of your 30-Day Yoga Challenge!
Today we practice Bhastrika Pranayama, known as the Yogic Bellows Breath, a dynamic breathing technique that rapidly increases oxygen flow, boosts energy, and clears mental fog. It ignites your inner fire (Agni) and awakens vitality.

🔹 How to Practice Bhastrika:
1. Sit comfortably with your spine straight and shoulders relaxed.
2. Inhale deeply through the nose, expanding your lungs fully.
3. Exhale forcefully through the nose, contracting the abdomen.
4. Keep the rhythm quick yet controlled – like a bellows pumping air.
5. Practice 20–30 breaths, rest, then repeat for 2–3 rounds.
(Advanced practitioners may include breath retention under guidance.)

• Increases lung capacity and oxygen intake
