The movie erupts into action inside a hospital gripped by panic. Chaos reigns as paramedics charge through the double doors, their uniforms smeared with blood. The team scrambles to stem the bleeding, trading frantic theories—was it a wild animal? A mugger with a knife? Nothing makes sense. The tension spikes when the woman’s body convulses—she’s gone into labor right there on the gurney, pain etched across her face. There’s no time for deliberation or hope; the staff rushes her into a blindingly bright operating room, prepping at breakneck speed for an emergency C-section. In a blur of movement and metallic clatter, a baby boy is delivered, wailing, his lungs full of life. The relief is palpable, but brief—his mother is fading fast, her life slipping away as the doctors work desperately to save her. The baby is healthy, but his mother’s fate hovers on a knife’s edge, unresolved.
