For this part of our trip, we flew from Cebu to Coron, Palawan, which took about and hour and a half. From there, we took 40 minute boat ride to Coron Island where our resort is located! We stayed at the Two Seasons resort and upon arrival, we were greeted by the staff with fresh calamansi juice and churros (churros weren't vegan, but my family said they were amazing.) Our rooms weren't quite ready when we arrived, so we ordered food, and I''m happy to say that there were a good amount of vegan options that were all SO TASTY! We ordered spring rolls, tofu sisig, veggie curry and clear broth soup. The resort comes with a ton of amenities, so after checking in, we spent the rest of the day on the beach kayaking and snorkeling. We were only here for 3 nights, so tried to pack in a bunch of stuff on day 2, which I cannot wait to share tomorrow.
