2. Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
3. Sesame seeds - 2 tbsp
4. Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
5. Salt - 1/2 tsp
6. Ghee (clarified butter) - 1/2 cup
7. Urad Dal - 2 tbsp (soaked)
8. Moong Dal - 2 tbsp (soaked)
9. Curry leaves - chopped
10. Coriander leaves - chopped
11. Green chilli - 1 (chopped)
12. Ginger paste - 1 tsp
13. Luke warm water - as per required
