This is what a world-class rowing center looks like. The Texas Rowing Center (TRC) in Austin, Texas is a rowing, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboard (SUP) concession located in downtown Austin on the north shore of the Lady Bird Lake hike and bike trail, directly across from Austin High School. The rowing center not only attracts thousands of rowers and paddlers on the weekend, but it is also the home of national champions, Olympians, and world champion rowers.

When this world-class facility sought a world class rowing and floating dock dock manufacturer, they called BoardSafe Docks (BSD). Matt Knifton, owner of TRC discusses the expansion of the TRC and why they chose BoardSafe.

TRC's main dock is 50’ x 300’ (15,000 square feet), and BoardSafe engineered and manufactured two 3,000-square-foot buildings that are located directly on the main floating dock. The buildings house the racing sculls and other rowing and paddling equipment. BSD manufactured custom aluminum racking systems as well.
