I recently met with the leaders of St. Dominic's International School, Portugal, with whom I'm collaborating on this hybrid approach to CPD. We hadn't spoken for a few months, so I was interested in hearing their views on the approach thus far. I recorded the meeting because I thought they might offer some insights into the program more naturally than if this were a 'Testimonial Video'!

The video provides an excellent window into the collaborative process and approach for other school leaders.
The approach - especially the content and focus - may look very different from school to school.
