The plot revolves around Pinky Malhotra, a beautiful and rich college girl who has many admirers. Among them are Sunil, a poor but naive boy, and Vicky Oberoi, a rich and arrogant boy who is also Pinky's father's friend's son. Pinky falls in love with Sunil first, and they hope to get married after finishing college. However, Pinky discovers that Sunil has been two-timing her with another girl, which angers and hurts her. She then starts a romance with Vicky. Sunil, unaware of Pinky's discovery, wants to talk to her to rekindle their romance, but Pinky refuses to speak with him.

The story explores themes of love, betrayal, and the complexities of relationships. It's a heartfelt drama with a mix of romance and emotional turmoil.
