This is a samsung lm301b and osram 660nn led grow light from phlizon . They have multiple options for which leds you use ranging from the lm301 series b c and h I believe and smd2385 leds also. There are multiple driver options with inventronics and meanwell and even a sosen brand which depends on your budget what you pick for both leds and drivers. I think they have for options as well for colored bars or frame as well.
I bought mine from Amy at phlizon and you can find them on alibaba or their website also. The price is half the other brands for this model and they go down from there.b
I plan to use this in my 8x8 grow and compare with my cob leds👍
