In August 2014, The GM SW1 locomotive was moved from Export, PA to Trafford, PA where it was taken by the NS to its new home in Duquesne, PA at the Dura-Bond coating mill. It was then moved to the Dura-Bond Pipe mill in McKeesport, PA where it performs daily switching duties. This marked the last trip on the Turtle Creek Industrial Railroad. The rail was not in use for a few years following a devastating flood. The rail corridor is now part of the Westmoreland Heritage Trail.
