Mobile Dental Vehicle on 14ft Truck Chassis.

To provide state of the art medical facilities at patient’s doorstep, Ahmad Medix has designed Mobile Dental Vehicle on small 14 feet truck chassis. This unit has been equipped with all necessary dental equipment which are essential for any dental clinic. This superstructure of this unit has been fabricated with Strong Mild Steel and lightweight Polyurethane Insulated Sandwich panels. These panels offer structural integrity and also ensure controlled interior climate. Using state of the art engineering simulators, the structure is designed to ensure efficient vehicle stability.

This vehicle has multiple storage cabins with locking mechanism. At the rear of the vehicle, there is dual door storage cabin which houses electrical panel that allows you to switch electricity through various sources, including direct outside power and onboard generator. Air Compressor and electrical components of dental chair and 6.5 kilowatts generator are also housed in this cabin. Whole rear storage cabin has been lined with sound dampening, acoustic foam to keep the noise level at minimum. Both sides of the vehicle have multiple storage cabins for spare tire, water tanks and other storage needs.

To enter inside the vehicle, there are rolling stairs mechanism. Interior of this vehicle has been lined with special composite material. This material is waterproof and scratch resistant and it can be disinfected easily. The ceiling houses architectural L.E.D lighting and pleasant wallpaper to provide fresh ambiance. In the center of rear compartment, there is state of the art high-tech dental chair. Prudent Dental Chair from Glow Pak International offers great comfort to patient and easy controls for the dentist. The interior of this vehicle also has 1 ton air conditioner unit with cooling and heating functionalities and there is also a water dispenser with mini refrigerator. To provide running water for dental chair and sink at the work desk, this vehicle features water tank with electric pump. At both ends of the interior, there are multiple storage cabinets which provide excellent storage space.

Mobile medical facilities, like this Dental Unit are an absolute necessity of Pakistan. With rapid population growth and fewer medical centers, such vehicles can reach remote areas to provide medical facilities at patient’s doorstep.
