Williams Revival - Round 7 - Race Day in Monaco - F1 Manager 22

"Welcome to race day at the prestigious Monaco circuit for Round 7 of the 2024 F1 season in our F1 Manager 22 series. Qualifying didn't go exactly as planned for our Williams team. Our strategy to keep a fresh set of softs for the race led us to gamble with mediums in Q1. While Oscar managed to sneak through, Jack wasn't quick enough, forcing us to use a set of softs earlier than intended.

In Q3, Jack's run on used tyres resulted in a starting position of 9th, a bit further back than we wanted. However, Oscar executed the plan perfectly and secured P3 for the race. We know passing in Monaco is challenging, and our car isn't quite up to a one-stop strategy on softs.
