As Tales of the Cocktail (TOTC) is a top cocktail festival in NOLA with spirits education showcasing liquor from Cognac, France and all over the world. Pierre Ferrand also owns Plantation Rum.

Maisons de Cognac in France have a Paradis cellar (Paradise in English) where very old and rarer cognacs are stored. Gabriel selected these samples from Pierre Ferrand's Paradis for the mixology education for this top alcohol industry and bartending event.
