Operated by it’s group sister DIY Logistic Services Polska Sp. z o.o., German DIY brand and store operator OBI (Group Holding) just recently opened their new central warehouse as part of the EQT Exeter logistics park in Świebodzin – and had with Kajima Poland the perfect partner to build this great facility in less than just 12 months!

It is a real giant made up of 100,000 sqm of operational space, elevated storage space (net height of 12 m) and comfortable offices with an area of approx. 3,000 sqm. (The total area of EQT Exeter logistics park in Świebodzin is 136,000 sqm.)

The facility is energy efficient, environmentally friendly and comfortable to use, which is confirmed by the BREEAM certificate with a VERY GOOD rating.
