Its main claim to fame is that it is a versatile travel and/EDC oriented 3L sling with a high degree of organization, good mix of pocketing and wide open spaces and featuring some solid execution from a well-known brand. Additionally, this version of the sling features some trendy materials such as a solid V-lock fidlock buckle and a main body rendered in a high tech Ultra400x fabric, a strong, lightweight and waterproof fabric that is the new hotness on the block in the trend of high tech outdoor-oriented fabrics being repurposed for cutting edge hype bags and EDC carry goods.

Conversely, while not necessarily shortcomings per se, this bag does still feature some inherent limitations. Firstly, it’s not well suited for carrying devices larger than a phone, small ebook reader or at most an iPad mini. Secondly, it has some distinct ideas about how it is to be carried due to its relatively firm oval shape and structure, side/hip carry-oriented strap attachment that may make it less appealing to those looking for something different. Finally, while overall this sling is fairly versatile and capable for a 3L bag, due to sloping oval structure has slightly less capability to accommodate as chonky of items (like water bottle, shell etc.) as some other slings out there.
