🥬 1. Spinach & Egg Bake
Ingredients:
Spinach
4 eggs
Salt & pepper
Turkey ham (or any ham)
Cherry tomatoes
Mozzarella cheese (½ ball)
Grated cheese
Instructions:
Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
Add spinach and pour in the eggs.
Season with salt and pepper, then mix well.
Add turkey ham, cherry tomatoes, and mozzarella.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Air Fryer: 15 minutes at 160°C / 320°F
🌮 2. Tuna Tortilla Pizza
Ingredients:
Tortillas
Pizza tomato sauce
Tuna (in its own juice)
Onion
Cherry tomatoes
Mozzarella mini balls
Grated cheese
Olives
Instructions:
Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
Place one tortilla on the bottom and spread tomato sauce.
Add grated cheese and cover with another tortilla.
Spread more sauce, then add tuna, onion, tomatoes, mozzarella, and olives.
Finish with grated cheese on top.
Air Fryer: 180°C / 356°F – 7 minutes
Oven: 200°C / 392°F – 10 minutes
🌭 3. Cheesy Hot Dog Buns
Ingredients:
Hot dog buns
Sausages
Pickles (finely chopped)
Onion (finely chopped)
Ketchup
Mayonnaise
Cheese slices
Grated cheese
Instructions:
Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper.
Mix pickles, onion, ketchup, and mayonnaise.
Place a cheese slice inside each bun, add the sausage.
Top with the pickle mixture and grated cheese.
Air Fryer: 180°C / 360°F – 7 minutes
Tip: Heat buns in the microwave for 30 seconds before filling to prevent breaking.
🥔 4. Crispy Potato & Cheese Tortilla Triangles
Ingredients:
Potatoes
Butter
Mozzarella cheese (grated)
3 tortillas
Instructions:
Boil potatoes until fully cooked and mash with butter.
Mix in grated mozzarella.
Cut tortillas in half (6 halves total).
Brush with melted butter, add potato filling, and sprinkle with cheese.
Fold into triangles, brush again with butter, and add more cheese.
Air Fryer: 180°C / 356°F – 7 minutes (until golden and crispy)

Ingredients:
Tortilla
4 eggs
Onion
Ham
Cherry tomatoes
Mini mozzarella balls
Grated cheese
Salt, pepper, favorite spices
Instructions:

Add eggs, season, and whisk lightly.
Add onion, ham, tomatoes, mozzarella, and grated cheese.
