This week's Yoga Mini is designed to make sure you recover fast, so you can train hard!

This sequence of 5 poses is designed to release tension in tight quads and hip flexors after your run to prevent the build up of aches, pains and stiffness. Practicing a short, targeted yoga session after each training session will improve your form, power and speed 💥

You’ll need a good quality mat for your knees and the tops of your feet for this sequence. If you don’t have one at the moment, you can always double-over your mat for extra support.

POSES
1. Wind-Relieving Pose
2. Supported Bridge
3. Half-Twisted Lizard
4. Child's Pose
5. Half-Reclining Hero

TIMING
Post-Workout

OBJECTIVES
Release tension in the quads and hip flexors.
Improve mobility in the spine and hips.
Can help to alleviate lower back pain.
