Scrolling a Background (3 of 3) - Using the FX - OpenToonz Tutorial

In this video I show how you can use 2 fx nodes to help create scrolling backgrounds. First I show how to setup the effects panels, then how to add and sue effects and then I show the 2 fx nodes to show scrolling in 1 direction and then in all 4 directions.
