Every "Scooby-Doo, Where Are You!" Villain-Ranked Worst to Best

Halloween's the time to celebrate numerous monsters. And this franchise is one of the best ways to show the spirit. This show has not just nostalgic value, but a ton of creative monsters. So we're gonna run through them all for Halloween this year.

(Also I should mention I had a lot of issues behind the scenes. ie: my computer dying out and the mic acting up, I tried fixing it all up, but in case I missed anything, sorry in advance).
